Today, while I was starting my workout, I see a small basket with a baby in it (maybe 2-3 months), next to the training mat. His mom was next to him, working out as well. He seemed entertained, thanks for asking… Sophie the giraffe, for those in the know.

I smiled.

Also, I started to ask myself: so what were my excuses to not come to the gym, to not exercise?

What are your excuses? Or would it be easier if I called them reasons? Less harsh… I repeat: mom brought 2 months old baby to the gym with her.
