When stuck, take some distance, change focus, zoom out.
When you’re feeling pressure and can phrase it out, just add an “I believe that…” or “My opinion is…”. It will create some space to breathe.
When you feel disempowered when performing an action, just add the “I choose to…” before that action.
“I work late every day” –> “I choose to work late every day”
“I eat too much” –> “I choose to overeat”
“I avoid that discussion” –> “I choose to avoid that discussion”
That is the start. You just created options there. See how easy it is?
